About the Role
Job Responsibilities-
-Analyze and review sales data, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
-Use business intelligence tools to provide actionable insights to sales and marketing teams.
-Visit and manage sales operations across locations in the assigned region.
-Evaluate and refine sales policies and training programs as needed.
-Identify opportunities for improvement in sales performance and metrics.
-Maintain active communication with sales teams to promote collaboration and alignment.
-Organize and lead sales meetings to provide feedback and guidance.
-Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring their readiness to excel.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Experience:
Minimum 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience (Preferred)
At least 1 year of experience as an Area Sales Manager (Required)
1 year of experience in OTC or as a Regional Sales Manager (Preferred)
