About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage a team of Medical Representatives and Area Sales Managers.
· Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and stockists.
· Strategize and execute marketing & promotional activities in the region.
· Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide business insights.
· Ensure timely reporting and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, or a related field.
Additional certifications in Pharmaceutical Science
Experience:
7-10 years of experience
Must be below 50 years of age
Minimum 2 years of experience as RSM in Pharma company (Regional Sales Manager)
Skills:
Strong background in Cardio-Diabetic segment
Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to analyze sales data and build growth strategies
